What is the process of getting started?
DISCOVERY CALL
This is an introductory conversation where we talk through your space, goals, and timeline.
We’ll discuss what kind of support makes sense and whether working together is a good fit.
PROJECT WALKTHROUGH
A walkthrough to review your space with you. We’ll ask you questions to establish scope and desired project experience so that we have all of the info we need to create a formal proposal.
Can be completed virtually for long-distance/virtual clients
PROPOSAL REVIEW
Based on our walkthrough, we’ll outline a recommended scope of work tailored to your needs.
You’ll have the opportunity to review everything, ask questions, and make sure the approach feels aligned before moving forward. Transparency and clarity are always part of the process.
PROJECT KICKOFF
At kickoff, we align on communication, expectations, and immediate next steps. We walkthrough your project onsite and discuss every last detail so that we can gather all necessary aesthetic
From there, the project moves forward with a clear plan and defined process.
